OK, so those of you that know what happened with Dan and a Car accident the weekend of our wedding - will be VERY happy to hear, there is no longer any chance of a lawsuit. According to the Lawyer, the son who had started the lawsuit has passed on, and there are no heirs to carry on the lawsuit. This was great news, because we had just gotten a letter indicating that the trial was to start in July.
OK, now here's the other bit of news... since now my mom figured out the name of the baby, I thought we could officially let people know what his name is going to be......
